Playing for different State and Local teams Duan Jansen is still far away to make his debut for the South African cricket team. When he was representing the North West cricket team he played his First-Class Debut match at the 2018–19 CSA 3-Day Provincial Cup.
Next, he made his List A debut in January 2019 by playing in the 2018–19 CSA Provincial One-Day Challenge for the North West team.
